Data Quality Analyzer - Improve Matching Through “Healthier” Data
Better quality matching between candidate and job profiles results in better quality placements and a more efficient and effective process. To achieve this level of quality, it is important to have data of sufficient quality. Too often, data is converted from legacy systems and contains many missing or inconsistent properties. Even with automated systems, improper capturing of information can result in garbage data. Unfortunately, search and match over these data sets may not return the expected results.
WCC has developed a “Data Quality Analyzer” tool, which is built to give statistics on the ‘health’ of the data population in an ELISE installation. Here are just some of the reports implemented by our customers:

milch & zucker creates iPhone app for JobStairs
WCC’s partner, milch & zucker based in Bad Nauheim, Germany, has released an iPhone app for their JobStairs website that uses WCC’s ELISE to match job seekers with job postings from the largest companies in Germany. Job seekers simply download the free app, select their search criteria and instantly receive job listings on their mobile phone. See iPhone App in AppStore (in German)
