WCC Announces New Chief Operating Officer
WCC, a leading provider of advanced solutions for ID/Security government agencies, Public & Private Employment Services, and Enterprises, announced today that Jan Wiersma has joined WCC as the new Chief Operating Officer.
Jan has over 15 years of industry experience, much of it in executive roles with major technology enterprises, and government organizations to include the Dutch National Police.
Prior to WCC, Jan was Chief Cloud Officer & COO at Spoken Communications, a SaaS Conversation Center in Seattle, offering conversation-centric solutions for contact centers. When the company was acquired by Avaya, Jan took on the role of VP and Chief Cloud Officer overseeing the company’s transition to the Cloud, while developing its digital transformation strategy to incorporate AI, ML, Blockchain emerging technologies into Avaya’s solution platforms.
