New Sales VPs to further expand WCC’s global outreach
Established in 1996, WCC has undergone phenomenal growth. The WCC Group is now a leading provider of advanced software solutions for ID/Security government agencies, Public & Private Employment Services, and Enterprise software worldwide. Our unique AI-driven Search & Match Platform is actively contributing to our growth in international markets.
Our expertise and technology empower organizations to seamlessly capture, generate, and analyze big data from multiple sources. In so doing, we help provide valuable insights that guide effective decision-making. As the need for innovative technology increases, demand for our solutions rises. WCC’s employment solutions, for example, deliver crucial support for governments and organizations that wish to reduce the impact of the COVID–19 pandemic. They help to reduce unemployment, guiding the unemployed to new employment and training opportunities, while managing the consequences of rapid shifts in supply/demand for jobs and people.
But our success is not only based on the unique software solutions we provide. It is also due to the expertise and knowledge embedded in all levels of the WCC team. And to strengthen our management team even further, we have recently appointed three new Sales VPs in EMEA, the Americas, and APAC. Each has a successful history in sales leadership roles, with an in-depth knowledge of regional sales strategy and delivering revenue growth. Their passion for the business will help drive forward WCC’s vision of continued global growth, while closely supporting our in-region customers.
Maarten Paddenburg is responsible for driving WCC’s Go-To-Market strategy and accelerating revenue growth across EMEA. Before joining WCC, he held senior sales management and sales positions at Hitachi Vantara, PeopleSoft and Compaq. As an international business leader of ICT B2B solutions, Maarten turns technology leaders into market share leaders in the enterprise segment, thereby generating top levels of revenue and profitability. He is a firm believer in a high-touch, Go-To-Market approach combined with a specialized partner ecosystem.
