Do we share your information with third parties?

WCC Website may also contain embedded Vimeo videos. We have not enabled privacy mode to prevent your information from being sent to Vimeo automatically. Therefore if you play the video, your browser will send information, such as your IP address, to Vimeo.
Can you also opt-out of receiving newsletters and occasional marketing communication e-mails?
Of course. We will only send you a newsletter or marketing e-mails with your consent. We will respect your wish to stop receiving communications from WCC. Our Newsletters and E-mails contain instructions which show how you can easily opt-out from any further mailings.
How long will we retain your data?
We will retain your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which we process your data. After the retention period, we will delete or anonymize your data unless we need to retain specific data for another purpose. If that is the case, we will have a legal basis to do so, and we will make these data only accessible for that other purpose. An example is that we need to retain certain information for statutory retention periods to comply with tax or administration obligations, e.g., seven years upon preparation of specific tax documents (depending on local law).
